Got a train in to Koln today and bought myself a nice new Dobro (all quite the challenge to my poor German skills) and have started to learn to play some nice mellow sliding blues. Here’s a picture:
It’s suprising how loud a little guitar can be :).

Hi Earl,
Nice looking site. The guitar has a round neck; I thought a square neck would probably be a bit difficult to play in anything other than a hawaiian style (flat on its back over your knees).

Nice, just wanted to drop a note of support 🙂 Let us know how the playing goes. Bluegrass I assume, or something else?

Thanks Andy, what I tend to play is a bit more relaxed than most bluegrass, but that may change :).
